When is the first payment due?

Do you charge for website changes once the site is built?
Once the website is built, we will make minor changes free of charge. However, any major change, such as building an entirely new page, will be charged at our hourly rate.
Who owns the website?
You own the domain name, and we own the website. It takes both parties for this to work. We offer a very low monthly fee, which eases your cash flow, as we assume the financing risk. We will also upgrade the website at no cost to stay current with modern trends.
